If you face any problems during the repair process you can report them so that the work cannot be continued until the problems are resolved.

To report a problem

  • Tap a problem phase or service, and then tap Report Problem.

  • On the Problem Reason screen, select one of the available problem reasons or type a problem reason in the text box, and then tap Save

Note The status of the phase or service will change to ‘Problem’. 

To resolve a problem

  • Tap a phase or service in the ‘Problem’ status, and then tap Resolve Problem

  • On the Resolve Reason, tap Save

Note The status of the phase or service will change to the one that preceded the ‘Problem’ status. 

Tips

You can also report a problem by changing the status of a phase or service to ‘Problem’. 

In the same way, you can resolve a problem by changing the status of a phase or service from ‘Problem’ to another one.
