  • Work Queue quick action shows repair orders with not started services and tasks assigned to the logged-in user.

  • My Work in Progress quick action shows repair orders with started and paused services and tasks assigned to the logged-in user.

  • Team Work in Progress quick action shows repair orders with started and paused services and tasks assigned to the same team as the logged-in user.

  • My Completed Work quick action shows repair orders with completed services and tasks assigned to the logged-in user.

  • RO Search quick action helps to find repair orders by typing or scanning VIN or Stock Number.

  • Inspections quick action helps to repair orders and related inspections, work orders, invoices, and service requests.

  • Add Service quick action helps to find the appropriate repair order and add a service to it.
