You can associate labor skills with services, users, phases, and catalog items so that when you add services to a work order, they will automatically get to the appropriate phases and techs.

Note Labor skills are available if the Back Office application is subscribed to the appropriate feature.

  • Add, edit, and delete labor skills

  • Assign labor skills to services

  • Assign labor skills to users

  • Assign labor skills to catalog items

  • Assign labor skills to repair location phases

In the mobile app, when you add a labor service or a repair bundle service to work orders, you can see or select a labor skill that defines who can do the work, what the labor type is, and which phase the service belongs to.

Note If a skill is assigned to a service or a catalog item selected for this service, this skill is preselected and cannot be changed. If a service is assigned to a skill, you can assign this service only to technicians with this skill and technicians with no skills.
