You can choose and configure a preset layout of the list views so that mobile app users can see more or less information on service requests, inspections, work orders, repair orders, and invoices.
In the Settings menu group, click Mobile App Settings.
On the Mobile App Settings page, click List View Settings.
On the List View Settings page, click the List View field and select the appropriate list view.
Click the radio button next to a card size that you want to select.
Specify what information you want to see in each field.
Update the application data in the mobile app, and check if the new layout meets your needs.
