You can create multiple service contract types with different settings.
On the ‘Service Contract Types’ page
Click the Add Contract Type button.
On the ‘Service Contract Type’ view, you can switch between the tabs to enter the appropriate settings.
On the ‘General’ tab, you can enter the name and description of the service contract type.
On the ‘Plan’ tab, you can enter the following service contract expiration conditions:
On the ‘Maintenance Schedule’ tab, you can set up the preventive maintenance schedule.
On the ‘Service Request Type’ tab, you can assign the types of service requests that can be created from service contracts of the given type.
On the ‘Field Settings’ tab, you can define what service contract fields are required.
