Add service contract status reasons

You can create a new service contract status reason if there is no existing reason that meets your needs.

On the ‘Service Contract Types’ page

  • Click the Service Contract Status Reasons button on the toolbar.

On the ‘Service Contract Status Reasons’ view

  • Click the Add Status Reason button.

  • Select the appropriate status, enter the name of the reason, and then click Save.
