You can remove a service contract status reason if you no longer need it.
On the ‘Service Contract Types’ page
Click the Service Contract Status Reasons button on the toolbar.
On the ‘Service Contract Status Reasons’ view
Click Delete next to the reason that you want to modify.
Click Yes in the confirmation message
