You can select one of the preset filters to find service requests that meet specific search conditions.

To set a named filter

  • On the Service Requests screen, tap Search, and then on the Search screen, tap a named filter.

For example, the Open RO with Active Service Assigned to Me filter shows service requests which have monitored work orders with at least one active service assigned to logged-in technician.

  • On the Search screen, tap Save.
