You can select one of the named filters to find team work orders that meet specific conditions. 

To set a named filter

  • On the Team Work Orders screen, tap Search, and then on the Search screen, tap Named.

For example, the Active Phase Assigned to Me filter shows team work orders which have an active phase with at least one service assigned to logged-in technician.

  • Tap Active Phase Assigned to Me, and then tap Save.
