You can reassign repair order tasks to other technicians if currently assigned technicians cannot perform the tasks for some reason 

  • Click the Menu icon, click Monitor, and then click Repair Orders.
  • On the Repair Orders page, click the order number link.
  • Find the task that you want to reassign, click the current technician, and then click another technician in the list.¬†

Note If the new technician is from another team, you need to change the team before changing the technician.
