You can reassign repair order tasks to other technicians if currently assigned technicians cannot perform the tasks for some reason
- Click the Menu icon, click Monitor, and then click Repair Orders.
- On the Repair Orders page, click the order number link.
- Find the task that you want to reassign, click the current technician, and then click another technician in the list.
Note If the new technician is from another team, you need to change the team before changing the technician.
