You can resend your inspections, work orders, invoices, and time sheets when you need to update this information in the Back Office application.
- On the Home screen, tap Status, and then on the Status screen, tap Resend Data.
- Select the entities that you want to resend, select the appropriate date range, and then tap Done.
Note Entity images will also be resent if they are not available in the Back Office application for some reason.
When you try to resend data, but you have not selected any entity or you have selected a wrong date range, the appropriate message appears.
