You can add, apply, edit, and delete the most frequently used searches for repair orders with parts.
To add a saved search
Click the Down arrow in the Search field, and then click Advanced Search.
In the Advanced Search form, enter the appropriate filter settings, type the name of your search in the Saved Search field, and then click Save.
To apply a saved search
Click the Down arrow in the Search field, and then click the appropriate saved search in the Saved list.
To edit a saved search
Click the Down arrow in the Search field, and then click the Edit button next to the appropriate saved search in the Saved list.
In the Advanced Search form, make the appropriate changes, and then click Save.
To delete a saved search
Click the Down arrow in the Search field, and then click the Edit button next to the appropriate saved search in the Saved list.
In the Advanced Search form, click Delete.
