You can add, apply, edit, and delete the most frequently used searches for repair orders with parts.

To add a saved search

  • Click the Down arrow in the Search field, and then click Advanced Search.

  • In the Advanced Search form, enter the appropriate filter settings, type the name of your search in the Saved Search field, and then click Save.

To apply a saved search

  • Click the Down arrow in the Search field, and then click the appropriate saved search in the Saved list.

To edit a saved search

  • Click the Down arrow in the Search field, and then click the Edit button next to the appropriate saved search in the Saved list.

  • In the Advanced Search form, make the appropriate changes, and then click Save.

To delete a saved search

  • Click the Down arrow in the Search field, and then click the Edit button next to the appropriate saved search in the Saved list.

  • In the Advanced Search form, click Delete.
