You can add one or multiple parts to a repair order.
- Click the Menu icon, click Operations, and then click Parts Management.
- Click the appropriate repair order in the list on the left side of the page.
- On the right side of the page, click the Add new part button.
- In the Add new part dialog box, select the appropriate service in the Service box.
- If the part service is uncategorized or partially-categorized, select a category and a subcategory in the appropriate boxes.
- In the Add Parts box, select the check box next to one or several parts that you want to add, and then click Submit.
Tip If the list of parts is long, you can filter the list by the part name.
