If you face any problems during the repair process you can report them so that the work cannot be continued until the problems are resolved.
To report a problem
Tap a problem phase or service, and then tap Report Problem.
On the Problem Reason screen, select one of the available problem reasons or type a problem reason in the text box, and then tap Save.
Note The status of the phase or service will change to ‘Problem’.
To resolve a problem
Tap a phase or service in the ‘Problem’ status, and then tap Resolve Problem.
On the Resolve Reason, tap Save.
Note The status of the phase or service will change to the one that preceded the ‘Problem’ status.
You can also report a problem by changing the status of a phase or service to ‘Problem’.
In the same way, you can resolve a problem by changing the status of a phase or service from ‘Problem’ to another one.
