Assign technician to repair order active phase

Change technician assigned to the active phase of repair orders

  • On the Home screen, tap Monitor, and then on the Repair Orders screen, tap the appropriate repair order.

  • Tap Assign Tech, and then on the Technicians screen, tap the technician that you want to assign.

  • On the Assign Tech screen, make sure that the appropriate team and technician are selected, and then tap Save

Note You can select another team and a technician from this team if more than one team is available. 

Tip You can erase text notes by tapping Clear.
