You can create a new work order based on the data from an existing service request to avoid entering the same vehicle details, services, and other information again and again.
On the Service Requests screen, tap the appropriate service request, and then tap Create Work Order.
Note If no customer has been selected while creating the service request, you will need to select the appropriate customer on the Select Customer screen. If multiple work order types are available, you will need to select the appropriate work order type on the Types screen.
Check if the information on the Vehicle Info screen and the Services screen is correct and complete, and make changes, if needed.
Tap Save on the Summary screen.
Note If the Draft Mode check box is selected for the work order type, you will need to choose whether you want to save the work order as draft or final.
