You can approve work orders, or ask your manager to do so if your business process requires work order approval.
Important! You can approve a work order in the mobile app only if the Approval Required check box is selected for its type in the Back Office application.
- On the Home screen, tap Work Orders, and then on the Work Orders screen tap the ‘A’ icon next to the work order that you want to approve.
Tip You can also tap the work order that you want, and then tap Approve.
Note If your employee account is not assigned to the Manager role, you will need to ask your manager to log in.
- On the Summary screen, tap Approve.
Note The ‘A’ icon next to approved work order will disappear.
