Sometimes device users need to correct an invoice that has been already closed out, otherwise they will have to void such invoice and re-issue it. The thing is that on device you cannot edit invoices saved as final.
When you tap a final invoice on your device, there is no Edit action.
However, you can change (or ask manager to change) invoice status to Draft in the Back Office application.
Important! If you want to edit final invoice on the My Invoices screen, you need to update the main database on device after invoice status is changed to Draft in the Back Office application.
When you tap a draft invoice, the Edit action is available.
