Besides mapping all client’s services to just one generic repair bundle service or money service, vendors can map specific client’s services to their services so that when the vendor work order is created it will include the appropriate services according to the mapping.
On the ‘Clients’ tab of the ‘Vendor Connect’ page, click ‘Edit’ next to the appropriate connection, and then in the ‘Edit Client Connect Settings’ view, select a client’s service for further mapping (only if at least one vendor service exists in the client’s application).
Select a service that will be mapped to the client’s service (only services from the package assigned to the selected work order type are available for selection)
Tip You can delete service mappings if they are incorrect or no longer needed
