Edit vendor connections

Both clients and vendors can edit their connections in either ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’ status if any conditions have changed.

Clients can activate or deactivate a connection, and allow or deny vendors to add more services to repair orders:

  • On the ‘Vendors’ tab, click the ‘Edit’ button next to the connection you want to change.

  • On the ‘Vendor Connect Settings’ view, make the appropriate changes, and then click the ‘Save’ button.

Vendors can activate or deactivate a connection, change the client, team, work order type, and default service:

  • On the ‘Clients’ tab, click the ‘Edit’ button next to the connection you want to change.

  • On the ‘Edit Client Connect Settings’ view, make the appropriate changes, and then click the ‘Save’ button.
