Both clients and vendors can edit their connections in either ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’ status if any conditions have changed.
Clients can activate or deactivate a connection, and allow or deny vendors to add more services to repair orders:
On the ‘Vendors’ tab, click the ‘Edit’ button next to the connection you want to change.
On the ‘Vendor Connect Settings’ view, make the appropriate changes, and then click the ‘Save’ button.
Vendors can activate or deactivate a connection, change the client, team, work order type, and default service:
On the ‘Clients’ tab, click the ‘Edit’ button next to the connection you want to change.
On the ‘Edit Client Connect Settings’ view, make the appropriate changes, and then click the ‘Save’ button.
