Delete vendor connections

Both clients and vendors can delete their connections if they were created by mistake or no longer needed.

Clients can delete a connection in either ‘Pending’ or ‘Inactive’ status:

  • On the ‘Vendors’ tab, click the ‘Delete’ button next to the connection you want to delete and then click ‘Delete’ in the confirmation message.

Vendors can delete a connection in the ‘Inactive’ status:

  • On the ‘Clients’ tab, click the ‘Delete’ button next to the connection you want to delete and then click ‘Delete’ in the confirmation message.
