Edit service contract status reasons

You can make changes to existing service contract status reasons if their settings are outdated or incorrect.

On the ‘Service Contract Types’ page

  • Click the Service Contract Status Reasons button on the toolbar.

On the ‘Service Contract Status Reasons’ view

  • Click Edit next to the reason that you want to modify.

  • Make the appropriate changes and then click Save.
