Once a day, our system will check if any of your vehicles need maintenance, i.e. compare the current vehicle mileage of your inventory vehicles with the next maintenance miles and/or the current date with the next maintenance date, and automatically create service requests from service contracts if the criteria are met.

For example, if the next maintenance for the oil change is 110000 miles, and the current mileage is 110050 miles, our system will automatically create a service request with the ‘Oil Change’ service.
