If users with a specific role need the ability to view and edit markups, you can set the appropriate permissions.
Click ‘Roles’ in the ‘Settings’ group of the main menu, and then on the ‘Roles’ page, click ‘Edit’ next to the appropriate role.
On the ‘Back Office’ tab of the ‘Role’ view, click ‘Edit’ next to the ‘Markups’ resource.
Select the checkbox next to the ‘Read’ and ‘Edit’ options.
Click ‘Save’.
Note By default, the 'Markups' resource is available for the following global roles:
Administrator
Area Administrator
Area Work Manager
Team Administrator
Team Work Manager
