Set 'Markups' permissions

If users with a specific role need the ability to view and edit markups, you can set the appropriate permissions.

  • Click ‘Roles’ in the ‘Settings’ group of the main menu, and then on the ‘Roles’ page, click ‘Edit’ next to the appropriate role.

  • On the ‘Back Office’ tab of the ‘Role’ view, click ‘Edit’ next to the ‘Markups’ resource.

  • Select the checkbox next to the ‘Read’ and ‘Edit’ options.

  • Click ‘Save’.

Note By default, the 'Markups' resource is available for the following global roles:

  • Administrator

  • Area Administrator

  • Area Work Manager

  • Team Administrator

  • Team Work Manager
