You can grant permissions to the mobile app features on the ‘Mobile’ tab of the ‘Role’ detail view.

To provide no access

  • Click the Access field and select No Access.

Note All the resources and actions will become not available for setting up.

To provide a custom access

  • Click the Access field and select Custom.

  • Click Edit next to the appropriate resource

  • Select the checkbox next to the Read action so that users with this role can view this resource

Note You cannot turn on other actions until the ‘Read’ checkbox is selected.

  • Select the checkbox next to the actions that you want to turn on for this role.

To provide a default access

  • Click the Access field and select one of the default roles

Note The actions available for the default role will be automatically turned on for the appropriate resources.

Tip If needed, you can update the permissions inherited from default roles.
