Click the Menu icon, click Monitor, and then click Repair Orders.
On the Repair Orders page, click the down-pointing arrow in the Search box to see the Advanced Search, enter your text in the Has This Text box, if needed, select other filter options, and then click Search.
The text is searched in the following repair order details:
WO#
RO#
Stock#
Client Name
Client Phone
VIN
Service or Task Name
Note If other advanced filters such as ‘WO#’, ‘RO#’, ‘Stock#’, or ‘VIN’ are set together with the ‘Has This Text’ option, these fields are excluded from ‘Has This Text’ search.
