Invoice approval disclaimer is shown on the Approve Invoices screen based on the Approval Disclaimer Showing Mode setting selected for its type in the Back Office application:
If Always, then disclaimer will be shown when you tap invoice.
If Show as link, then disclaimer will be shown only when you tap the blue right arrow.
