Set status of a repair order part

You can update the status of a repair order part when the part is ordered, received, returned to the vendor, etc.

  • Click the Menu icon, click Operations, and then click Parts Management.

  • Click the appropriate repair order in the list on the left side of the page. 

  • In the details of the appropriate part, click the Status box, and then click the status that you want to set.
