You can reset the start date of repair order phases and services if they must be restarted for some reason.
On the Repair Orders screen, tap the appropriate repair order, and then tap Edit.
To reset the start date of a repair order phase
On the Phases screen, tap the started phase, and then tap Reset Start Date.
Tap OK in the confirmation message.
Note After that, the start date of the phase will disappear and the phase can be started again.
To reset the start date of a service
On the Phases screen, tap the right arrow next to the appropriate phase, and then tap the service which start date you want to reset.
Tap OK in the confirmation message.
Note After that, the start date of the service will disappear and the service can be started again.
