You can associate labor services with part services in the Back Office application, and then add bundled part and labor services to inspections and work orders in the mobile app.

1. When you add a labor service to an inspection or a work order, you can select an associated part service.

  • On the Services screen tap the right arrow next to the appropriate labor service, and then on the Details screen, tap Part Services

Note If the labor service is not associated with any part services, you can select a part service from all available part services.

  • On the Part Services screen, select an associated part service, and then tap Add.

Note If the labor service is associated with particular part services in the Back Office application, only associated part services that belong to the same service package as the labor service will be shown on the Part Services screen.

Tip You can tap the right arrow, and update the details before adding the part service.

  • Tap Save on the Details screen of the labor service and check if both labor service and part service have been added.

Note If you select multiple part services on the Part Services screen, then multiple instances of the labor service will be automatically added (one instance of labor service per one selected part service).

2. In the same way, when you add a part service to an inspection or a work order, you can select associated labor services.

  • On the Details screen of the part service, tap Labor Services, select an associated labor service, and then tap Add.

Note If the part service is associated with particular labor services in the Back Office application, only associated labor services that belong to the same service package as the part service will be shown on the Labor Services screen.

Note If the part service is not associated with any labor services, you can select a labor service from all available labor services.

  • Tap Save on the Details screen of the part service and check if both part service and labor service have been added.

Note Only one part service will be added to an inspection or a work order, even if you select multiple labor services on the Labor Services screen.

Important! When you remove a part service with linked labor services, you can either remove the part service together with linked labor services or remove the part service only (labor services will remain but their link to the part service will be removed).
