On the Home screen, tap Monitor, and then on the Repair Orders screen, tap the appropriate repair order.

Tap Change Status, and then on the Select RO Status screen, tap the status that you want to set.

If a reason must be specified, on the Reasons List screen, tap the appropriate reason, and then tap Save.
