Approve or decline an inspection

You can approve or decline inspections, or ask your customer or manager to do so, if your business process requires inspection approval.

Important! You can approve an inspection in the mobile app only if the 

 check box is selected for its type in the Back Office application.

  • On the Home screen, tap Inspections, and then on the Inspection screen tap the ‘A’ icon next to the inspection that you want to approve. 

Tip You can also tap the inspection that you want, and then tap Approve

Note If your employee account is not assigned to the Manager role, you will need to ask your manager to log in. 

  • Tap the inspection, and then tap Approve

  • Tap Sign, ask your manager or your customer to draw the signature on the Signature screen, and then tap Done

Note The ‘A’ icon next to approved inspection will disappear and the approved amount will appear. 

To decline the inspection

  • Tap Decline, select the appropriate reason, and tap Done

  • Tap Sign, ask your manager or your customer to draw the signature on the Signature screen, and then tap Done

Note The declined inspection will disappear from the Inspections screen.
