Turn on checking VIN duplicates in inspections

Avoid creating duplicate inspections by getting a warning message about existing inspections created for the same vehicle

  • On the Home screen, tap Settings, and then on the Settings screen, turn on the Check VIN duplicates option. 

Now when you create a new inspection and enter VIN, the appropriate message will appear if there is an existing inspection with the same VIN.

Note VIN duplicates are not checked in team inspections.
