You can assign multiple technicians to a work order and its services with the Money, Labor, and Price Matrix price type, and then split work between assigned technicians either in equal or unequal proportion.

When you tap the Tech field on the Vehicle Info screen while creating or editing a work order, you can see the list of available technicians on the Technicians screen.

Note By default, a work order is fully assigned to a technician who created the work order.

To split the work in an equal proportion, tap Evenly, and select the appropriate technicians.

For example, if you select two technicians, the work will be assigned in 50/50 proportion; if you select three technicians, the work will be assigned in 33.34/33.33/33.33 proportion (33.34% for work order creator), and so on.

To split the work in unequal proportion, tap Custom, and specify the proportion that you want.

When you add a money service to a work order assigned to multiple technicians...

...money service split is calculated automatically based on work order split, but you can set a different split manually: assign different technicians, select a different split mode, and change the proportion in the Custom mode.

For example, if a custom split 20/80 is set on the work order level, and money service amount is $10, then $2 will be assigned to one technician, and $8 will be assigned to another, but if the proportion for the given service must be 25/75, you can make the appropriate changes.

Tip You can tap Default to reset the changed split to the default split which is set on work order level.

Note If you change service price and quantity, the split will be automatically recalculated.

Important! If the split amount is not equal to service total amount, you cannot save this split.

The same way you can split the work for labor and price matrix services.

When you add a labor service to a work order assigned to multiple technicians, labor service split is calculated automatically based on work order split, but you can set a different split manually: assign different technicians, select a different split mode, and change the proportion in the Custom mode.

For example, if a custom split 20/80 is set on the work order level, and labor service amount is $50, then $10 will be assigned to one technician, and $40 will be assigned to another.

When you add a price matrix service to a work order assigned to multiple technicians, price matrix split is calculated automatically based on work order split, but you can set a different split manually: assign different technicians, select a different split mode, and change the proportion in the Custom split.

When you select a panel for price matrix service and specify damage size and severity to calculate the price, the panel split is automatically calculated based on price matrix split.

For example, if a custom split 20/80 is set on the price matrix level, and panel price is $200, then $40 will be assigned to one technician, and $160 will be assigned to another.

When you select an additional service for a panel, the additional service split is automatically calculated based on price matrix split.

For example, if a custom split 20/80 is set on the price matrix level, and additional service price is $40, then $8 will be assigned to one technician, and $32 will be assigned to another.

Note If you create an invoice from a work order with services assigned to multiple technicians, the names of assigned technicians are shown next to service name if the Show Service Technicians option is turned on for invoice print template.
