You can filter inspections by applying either common filters or named filters.

Common filters

You can apply common filters to find inspections of a particular date, status, type, customer, technician, and insurance company.

Note Common filters are available both on the My Inspections screen and the Team Inspections screen.

  • On the Inspections screen, tap Search, and then tap Common Filters.

  • Enter the appropriate filter settings, and then tap Search.

Tip You can tap Clear Filters to enter different filter settings.

Note The applied filter conditions are displayed at the top of the Inspections screen. You can tap Cancel to clear the applied filter.

Named Filters

You can apply named filters to find inspections that correspond to particular conditions.

For example, if you want to find your inspections from which work orders have not been created yet, you can apply the “My - Not Converted to WO” filter.

Note Named filters are available on the Team Inspections screen only.

  • On the Inspections screen, tap Search, and then tap Named Filters.

  • Tap the the named filter that you want to apply.

Note The name of applied filter is displayed at the top of the Inspections screen. You can tap Cancel to clear the applied filter.
