Service request icons meaning

On the left side of each service request in the list you may see any of the following informational and status icons:

	At least one inspection has been created from service request
	At least one work order has been created from service request
	Notes have been added to service request
	Service request is in the Acceptance phase (acceptance is required), but it has not been accepted yet
	Service request is in the Estimating phase (inspection is required), and there are no problems so far: If there is no icon below it means that inspection has not been created yet, but service request is in the Estimating phase for less than 7 days, so there is time to create the inspection. If there is icon below it means that though inspection has been created, it has not been approved yet, but service request is in the Estimating phase for less than 7 days, so there is time to approve the inspection.
	Service request is in the Estimating phase (inspection is required), but there is one of the following problems: Inspection appointment is required but it has not been created yet. If there is no icon below it means that inspection was not created, and service request is in the Estimating phase for more than 7 days. If there is icon below it means that inspection was created but not approved, and service request is in the Estimating phase for more than 7 days.
	Service request is in the Work phase (work order is required), and there are no problems so far: If there is no icon below it means that work order has not been created yet, but service request is in the Work phase for less than 7 days, so there is time to create the work order. If there is icon below it means that though work order has been created, it has not been approved yet, but service request is in the Work phase for less than 7 days, so there is time to approve the work order.
	Service request in the Delivery phase, and there are no problems so far because though the delivery has not been made yet, but service request is in the Delivery phase for less than 7 days, so there is time to make the delivery.
	Service request in the Delivery phase, but there is one of the following problems: If there is the Appointments icon when you tap service request, it means that delivery appointment is required, but it has not been created yet. If there is no Appointments icon when you tap service request, it means that service request is in the Delivery phase for more than 7 days, but the delivery has not been made yet.
	Service request is completed for one of the following reasons: The delivery has been made. The delivery is not required for this service request. Service request has been closed.
