Specify recipients of invoice payment receipts

You can specify email addresses to which invoice payment receipts will be sent after applying invoice payments which are made by credit card or cash.

To specify recipients

  • On the Invoices screen, tap the invoice(s) that you want to be paid, and then tap Pay
  • On the Payment screen, tap the Credit Card or the Cash/Check payment method, and then tap the blue arrow next to Recipients
  • On the Recipients screen, enter the appropriate email address(es), and then tap Save

Checking invoice status before showing available actions

When you tap an invoice on the My Invoices screen, available actions are displayed based on the current status of this invoice. 

For example, if an invoice has been exported to QuickBooks, the Edit action will not be shown. 

Note Please make sure that the Internet connection is established.
