Reassign uncompleted services to switch employee’s team
Sometimes you need to switch an employee to another team but you cannot do that if this employee is assigned to uncompleted services, so we have added the ability to reassign uncompleted services to another employee from the same team.
To reassign uncompleted services to another employee
- In the Employee dialog box, click the Info icon next to the Team box, select an employee in the list, and then click the Reassign button.
Note If there are no other employees in the team, you can switch an employee with uncompleted services to another team only after you mark these services as completed.
Enter paint codes when creating or editing service requests
You can specify vehicle’s paint code while creating or editing a service request.

To enter vehicle’s paint code
- In the Service Request detail view, in the Vehicle Info section, click Edit, enter the appropriate paint code in the Paint Code box, and then click Done.
Note The Paint Code box is shown in the Vehicle Info section only if the Color field is set as visible in the service request type.
