You can add, apply, edit, and delete named filters for repair order parts. 

  • Click the Menu icon, click Operations, and then click Parts Management.

To add a named filter

  • Click the Down arrow in the Search bar. 
  • In the Advanced Search dialog box, enter the appropriate filter settings, type the name of your filter in the Search Name box, and then click Save.

To apply a named filter 

  • Click the Down arrow in the Search bar, and then click the appropriate filter in the list. 

To edit a named filter

  • If the named filter is applied, click the Pencil icon on the right from the Search bar. 
  • If the named filter is not applied, click the Down arrow in the Search bar, and then click the Pencil icon next to the named filter that you want to edit. 
  • Make the appropriate changes, and then click Save.

To delete a named filter

  • If the named filter is applied, click the Pencil icon on the right from the Search bar. 
  • If the named filter is not applied, click the Down arrow in the Search bar, and then click the Pencil icon next to the named filter that you want to delete. 
  • Click Delete.
