You can apply common filters to find work orders of a particular date, customer, type, technician, and insurance company.
Note Common filters are available both on the My Work Orders screen and the Team Work Orders screen.
- On the Work Orders screen, tap Search, and then tap Common Filters.
- Enter the appropriate filter settings, and then tap Search.
Tip You can tap Clear Filters and enter different filter settings.
Note The applied filter conditions are displayed at the top of the Work Orders screen. You can tap Cancel to clear the applied filter.
