You can manually resend inspections, work orders, and invoices to the Back Office application if they were not sent automatically for some reason. 

  • On the Home screen, tap Status, and then on the Status screen, tap Resend Data.
  • Select the entities that you want to resend, and specify the date range. 
  • Tap Save.

Note If you tap Save when no entity is selected, the appropriate warning message appears.
