You can reset the start date of repair order phases and services if they must be restarted for some reason.

  • On the Repair Orders screen, tap the appropriate repair order, and then tap Edit.

To reset the start date of a repair order phase

  • On the Phases screen, tap the started phase, and then tap Reset Start Date.

  • Tap OK in the confirmation message.

Note After that, the start date of the phase will disappear and the phase can be started again.

To reset the start date of a service

  • On the Phases screen, tap the right arrow next to the appropriate phase, and then tap the service which start date you want to reset. 

  • Tap OK in the confirmation message.

Note After that, the start date of the service will disappear and the service can be started again.
