On the Services screen you can see the list of Available services and the list of Selected services.  

Note When you create a new service request, inspection, or work order, by default you see the list of available services (all services of the service package assigned to the appropriate entity type). When you edit an existing service request, inspection, or work order with at least one selected service, by default you see the list of selected services. You can easily switch between available and selected services by tapping the appropriate button at the bottom of the screen.

You can select a service with Money, Labor, or Percentage price type just by tapping the appropriate service in the list of available services (it will automatically appear in the list of selected services). 

Note The background of selected services in the list of available services is highlighted, the amount and quantity of selected services are shown below the service name.

If you tap one service multiple times, multiple instances of the same service will be added.

Note You can see the summary amount and quantity of service instances below the service name. 

Note If the Multiple check box is not selected for a service in the Back Office settings, then the appropriate warning message appears when you try to select this service more than once.

You can select a service with Bundle or Price Matrix price type by tapping the appropriate service, specifying service details, and saving changes.

You can select a service with Parts price type by tapping the appropriate service in the list of available services. If the Skip Part Categorization option is turned on in settings, the service will be added automatically. If the Skip Part Categorization option is turned off in settings, you will have to select service part on the Service Details screen and save the changes.

Tip You can also select a service with any price type by tapping the right-pointing arrow next to the appropriate service, editing service details, and then saving the changes. 

If services are grouped by panel or type in the Back Office settings, you need to click the appropriate group or type, and select the services that you want. 

Note The background of vehicle parts or types with selected services is highlighted, and you can see how many services are selected and available for the given vehicle part or type. 

You can tap a service in the list of selected services to edit its details.

You can tap the Delete icon next to the appropriate services to remove them from the list of selected services.

You can also see the list of Available services and the list of Selected services on the Monitor screen of work orders.
