On the CSV Mappings page you  can add, edit, and delete SCV mappings, as well as map CSV file fields  to entity properties.

  • To add a new CSV mapping, click   Add on the toolbar, enter the appropriate CSV Mapping settings, and click OK.
  • To modify an existing CSV mapping, click   (Edit) next to the appropriate CSV mapping, change the appropriate CSV Mapping settings, and click OK.  
  • To delete an existing CSV mapping, click   (Delete) next to the appropriate CSV mapping, and click OK in the message box.
  • To map CSV file fields to entity properties, click the Mappings link, enter CSV file settings, and click Update.

CSV Mapping Settings

In the CSV Mapping dialog box,  enter the appropriate settings, and then click OK.

  • Mapping Type
  • Name 
  • Description
  • Delimiter defines how fields in the CSV file are separated.
  • Text Qualifier defines the beginning and the end of the text.
  • Disabled turns off the mapping that you don’t want to use.

CSV FIle Settings

On the mapping page you can add, edit, and delete CSV file fields, as  well as set their order.

  • To add a field to CSV file, enter its name in the Column Name box, click the appropriate entity property or in the Column Source box, and then click Add. If the field represents a question section, select the Is Question check box, and enter question text in the Column Source box.
  • To modify a CSV file field, click Edit next to the appropriate field, change the appropriate settings, and click OK. 
  • To delete a CSV file field, click Delete next to the appropriate field, and click OK in the message box.
  • To set the order of CSV file fields, click Up or Down next to the appropriate field.
