If you don’t see particular invoices on the Invoices page, first of  all you should check the following filter settings:

  • Timeframe

By default, the Timeframe filter  is set to show invoices for the last 30 days, so if the invoices that  you search were created more than a month ago, please, set appropriate  period.

  • Status

The All status doesn’t show  the void invoices, so if the invoice you are looking for can be void,  you should select the Void status.

  • Archived

You can select the Archived  check box to search missing invoices among the archived invoices.
