You can turn on the option that lets mobile app users select another customer for existing invoices. 

  • On the Company tab, click Invoice Types, and then on the Invoice Types page, click Edit next to the appropriate invoice type.
  • In the Invoice Type dialog box, select the Allow client changing check box, and then click OK.

When you tap an invoice of this type in the mobile app, you can tap Change Customer to select another retail or wholesale customer for this invoice.
