You can manage reasons that technicians can specify when changing inspection status in the mobile app.

Note You can manage reasons for two inspection statuses only: Archived and Declined.

  • On the Inspection Types page, click the Status Reasons button on the toolbar.
  • To add a new status reason, click Add on the toolbar, select status, type the name of the reason, and then click OK.
  • To modify an existing status reason, click Edit next to the appropriate reason, make the changes that you want, and then click OK.
  • To remove a status reason that you no longer need, click Delete next to the appropriate reason, and then click OK in the confirmation message.
