Manage catalog pricing information

You can access the settings of available catalogs to specify and edit repair operation, price, labor rate and hours, paint rate and hours, and labor type per catalog item on any level.

Note If a setting is specified per parent-level node, the child-level nodes automatically inherit the setting unless you manually update the setting for the child-level nodes.

Order parts from Epicor online catalog

We have implemented the Epicor ICI integration to add one of the market majors to the list of supported parts providers so that users can order auto parts directly from the Epicor online parts catalog.

Changing technician and adding notes during repair order checkout

When you check out a repair order to edit service price or quantity, you can now reassign the service to another technician and add notes to the service and the whole repair order. You can also view related inspections and forms from the popup where you change service price and quantity.

Adding and editing repair order work time made easier

We have made some changes in the repair order ‘Time Reporting’ view to improve user experience when reporting work time.

Showing audit log of service status changes after closing and re-opening repair orders

In the ‘Audit Log’ view, you can check what services automatically changed the status after the repair order was closed or re-opened.

Showing Stock Number and Total Amount in the ‘Parts Inventory’ report

We have added the ‘Stock#’ column and the ‘Total Amount’ line to the ‘Parts Inventory’ report to make it more complete and comprehensive.
