When you change the status of repair orders you may need to select a reason, so you can make a list of the possible reasons for specific statuses.

  • On the Company tab, click Work Order Types, and then click Status Reasons.

  • On the Order Status Reasons page, click the Add button.

  • In the Order Status Reason dialog box, select the appropriate status, enter the name of the new status reason, and then click the OK button.
