Hide specific services from specific customers
In the Back Office application, you can mark a service in a service package as hidden for a wholesale client. so that when you create service requests, inspections, or work orders in the mobile app, this service in this service package will not be available for this customer.
Email inspections and invoices to service advisors
If a wholesale client is assigned to service advisors in the Back Office application, you can select these service advisors as recipients when sending the customer’s inspections and invoices by email from the mobile app.
Prevent users from voiding invoices
If you don’t want your technicians to void invoices, you can ask our customer support team to hide the ‘Void’ button from the mobile app.
Preselecting a parent service vehicle part in question services
If a service is assigned to a question section with question services, and the ‘Set vehicle parts from parent service’ setting is turned on for a question service, this question service will automatically inherit a vehicle part selected for the service.
Note The logic above is applied only to services with the Money' price type and the 'Labor' price type assigned to the 'Basic Average Data' source.
Preselecting a vehicle part for services grouped by panels
If inspection or work order services are grouped by panels (vehicle parts), the appropriate panel (vehicle part) will be automatically preselected for services in this group.
